15-Minute City (15mC)

Goal
Reducing car dependency by designing self-sufficient neighbourhoods where everything is
within a 15-minute walk or bike ride.
Strategy
-Promote mixed-use urban planning that integrates housing, workplaces, shops, schools, and
healthcare within walking distance.
-Improve cycling and public transportation networks to make cities more pedestrian-friendly.
-Reduce traffic congestion and create more green spaces for social well-being.

Positive Energy Districts (PED)

Creating urban districts that generate more renewable energy than they consume.
Strategy
